Greet the day with this amazing low impact workout

Waking up with low energy is a problem that many people face (including myself), and the best solution for me to deal with this situation is doing a low-impact workout after having breakfast and coffee.


Definition of Low-impact workout


Low-impact exercise raises your heart rate slowly without excess pressure on your joints. This form of exercising enables you to work out while putting less strain on your muscles, which is the perfect choice for people who suffer from health issues and older people who want to achieve fitness goals.

I don't like long/high-impact workout sessions, because they stress my body, we're all different and each one of us needs to understand what we need and tolerate to get the best results.


Knowing the type of workout that's suitable for you is necessary for your fitness journey because if you follow the wrong exercise routine, you will either quit or hurt yourself, both options aren't good.

Even though there won't be as much effort as high-impact workouts, you still need to maintain good form and breathing techniques.

Numerous flexibility and core strengthening exercises are described as being "low-impact" because most of them are slower, which allows you to have more time and more focus on a particular movement and allows your body to adapt.

This type of workout can also increase your muscle mass and decrease the risk of depression.

Why did I choose this low-impact workout?


This workout is super gentle and gave me the energy boost I needed without doing anything that could pressure my body.

It's also a total body workout and can be done in your bedroom or your garden, you don't need anything except the motivation to exercise.

To maximize the benefits of this exercise, consider adding mindfulness, which means letting go of what's bothering you and bringing your attention entirely to your body and breathing.


Benefits of low-impact workouts in the morning


Working out is very beneficial mentally and physically, don't feel discouraged if you can't do high-intensity workouts, you can find workout videos that are suitable for you, which is a better choice than remaining inactive all day.

When you start exercising in the morning, it will give a feeling of accomplishment, and this will improve the rest of your day and will help you in doing your chores and even being more productive.
