Easy on the knees yoga class for beginners


Yoga is a wonderful way to move your body and relax your mind. But if you’re new to yoga, the idea of starting a regular practice can be a bit intimidating and complicated. 


There are so many different types and styles of yoga, and it can be difficult to determine which one to choose to start your journey.


If you get discouraged at the beginning of your yoga journey, then you might give up, and that's something we don't want to do.


In this blog post, I will share with you a beginner yoga class, that only needs your intention to do yoga and comfortable clothes.


This class has the fundamental poses with clear explanation that beginners will find very useful, it's full-body yoga, and provides a great opportunity to ease into a regular yoga practice. 




Uliana designed this yoga session to be easy on the wrists and knees, and to be suitable for those who want to learn the basics of yoga. Her YouTube channel has dozens of yoga videos that are suitable for different levels.


You don't need any props for this yoga practice, you can do this session at home, it's only 20 minutes long.
