Last week of my month long daily Yoga challenge

Inspired by the transformative impact it has had on my life,, I'm beginning this year with a challenge to practice yoga every day for the entire month of January.


This series is with "Yoga with Uliana" She is an excellent yoga teacher, and I adore her classes. Her YouTube channel has a ton of classes available for free.


This is the last week of this challenge and I hope you join me for more adventures in the future. If practicing yoga is something you want to do, I hope this post inspires you to start doing it.


Day twenty-two:



Today's Yoga class is titled Day 22 STANDING Yoga - 15 min Full Body Routine Without Mat |30 Day x 15 minute Everyday Yoga Series.



I love standing Yoga sessions and I think this one is suitable for beginners or when you want to do Yoga but don't have a mat and wear your jeans not comfortable yoga clothes.


This Yoga class is also great when you don't have enough space, like in your office or hotel room.


You can do this Yoga session at any time, which makes it ideal for people with busy schedules.


This Yoga video is amazing, the standing poses helped me stretch my body and gave me the needed energy boost to continue my day.


Day twenty-three:



Today's Yoga practice is titled Day 23 STRONG Upper Body & Core - 15 min Yoga For Strength | 30 Day x 15 minute Everyday Yoga Series.


This Yoga class focuses on strengthening the upper body and core.


It begins with a brief wrist warm-up then we'll move on to a series of mini chaturangas, various plank, and Dolphin poses. 


Adding this Yoga session to your regular practice will improve your upper body and core strengthening routine.


Day twenty-four:



Today's Yoga session is titled Day 24 BALANCE - 15 min Yoga For Better Body & Mind Balance |30 Day x 15 minute Everyday Yoga Series.



With the alternate breathing exercise, Uliana laid the groundwork for balance and concentration at the beginning of this Yoga video. 


Increased focus and concentration are benefits of this breathing technique, which also helps to balance the nervous system. 


Then this Yoga class will move to a quick asana practice to balance our bodies and minds with the variations of low lunges and downdog then it ends with child pose.


Day twenty-five:




Today's Yoga class is titled Day 25 PLAY Crow & Side Crow - Yoga Arm Balances For Beginners | 30 Day x 15 minute Everyday Yoga.



This Yoga session gives you the chance to test the strength you've developed over the past few weeks.


You can have a cushion, or a blanket as a prop during this Yoga practice to help you feel safe.


It's critical to keep in mind that the goal should be to enjoy rather than perfection.


I couldn't do the crow and side crow poses and that's okay but I will repeat this class until I'm capable of doing them.



Day twenty-six:




Today's Yoga class is titled Day 26 FULL BODY Stretch - 15 min Yoga For Mobility & Flexibility | 30 Day x 15 minute Everyday Yoga.



This Yoga video starts with Cat Cow pose and then gradually increases the intensity with Lunges, DownDog and Pigeon poses.


Uliana says this Yoga session is considered as a break after a few active days today.


This Yoga practice gives us a chance to concentrate on regaining balance in our bodies through a gentle full-body stretch. 


The goal of this session is to increase overall body flexibility and mobility while giving overworked muscles a much-needed rest. 


Day twenty-seven:



Today's yoga class is titled Day 27 CONNECT To Your Breath - 15 min Yoga Flow | 30 Day x 15 minute Everyday Yoga Series.



The integration of breath and movement is the main focus of today's yoga session. 


Uliana starts the video with guiding us to become aware of our breathing, then we'll work to keep this awareness throughout various poses. 


Most of this Yoga practice is performed low on the ground so it's suitable when you don't have enough energy with standing Yoga.


Day twenty-eight:




Today's session is titled Day 28 ENJOY The Flow - 15 min Feel Good Yoga Routine | 30 Day x 15 minute Everyday Yoga Series.



This Yoga flow is all about developing full-body strength and flexibility.


I noticed the progress that I made through this yoga journey and it makes me feel proud of myself.


This Yoga video starts with forward folds then variations of lunges, downdog, and reclined twist.


Day twenty-nine:





Today's Yoga session is titled Day 29 STILL & QUIET - 15 min Yin Yoga For Relaxation | 30 Day x 15 minute Everyday Yoga Series.



It's a peaceful and quiet practice to give us the chance to consider our journey since the start of this challenge.


This Yoga class includes variations of sphinx, seated forward bend , reclined twist and child poses.


It's very soothing Yoga practice and that makes it perfect to relax after a stressful day.


Day thirty:




We're celebrating the final day of this Yoga challenge with a class titled Day 30 CELEBRATE - 15 min Full Body Yoga Flow To End The 30 Day x 15 minute Everyday Yoga Series.




This energizing Yoga session includes different poses such as cat cow, reclined butterfly, locust and chair pose.


It works on improving the balance and increasing the flexibility.


Practicing Yoga has helped me mentally and physically and I hope sharing this series with you will motivate you to start taking care of yourself. Thank you for accompanying me on this journey and I'm looking forward to future journeys together.
