Third week of my month-long daily Yoga challenge

My experience with yoga has been very helpful, so I'm beginning this year with a challenge to do yoga every day for the entire month of January and this is my third week of the journey.

This series is with "Yoga with Uliana" She is an excellent yoga teacher, you can follow along with me on this adventure, and I'll keep you posted with weekly updates about my challenge.

If practicing yoga is something you want to do, I hope this post inspires you to start doing it.

Day Fifteen:

The third week of the challenge begins with a class that focuses on backbends, or "heart openers" as they are known in yoga.

Today's Yoga class is titled Day 15 OPEN - 15 min Yoga Backbends For Back Strength & Flexibility|30 Day x15 minute Everyday Yoga.

Increasing strength and flexibility of the spine can be achieved with the help of these asanas.

I enjoyed the hip and shoulder stretches but the "heart openers" were challenging for me.

Day sixteen:

It's day sixteen of this Yoga series and it's titled Day 16 FOCUS - 15 min Yoga For Better Focus & Balance | 30 Day x 15 minute Everyday Yoga Series.

This class is designed to improve focus with the combination of movement and proper breathing.

Today's Yoga session starts with standing poses then gradually we move to the mat with grounding poses.

We also practice equal breathing technique at the start of this video as it helps in calming and balancing the mind and body in order to lessen mental stress and worry.

Day seventeen:

If you're looking for a Yoga session that works on your core strength then this video is for you.

It's third day or the third week of January's Yoga challenge and it's titled Day 17 Core POWER - 15 min Yoga For Core and Upper Body Strength | 30 Day x 15 minute Everyday Yoga.

At first, I was concerned this yoga class would be challenging and I wouldn't be able to participate, but it's actually quite easy.

Although I usually steer clear of core exercises, I'll be returning to this class frequently.

Day eighteen:

Today's class is titled Day 18 DANCER - 15 min Full Body Vinyasa Yoga Flow | 30 Day x 15 minute Everyday Yoga Series.

This Yoga session starts with a spine warm-up, followed by back muscle strengthening and front body opening exercises, which will make you feel amazing.

After that, Uliana will guide us to do a one-leg balancing pose as a warm-up, then a few rounds of sun salutations to get the whole body moving.

The poses will prepare the body and mind for the dancer pose. I felt great about myself for doing it, even if my balance was being challenged.

Day nineteen:

Today's Yoga session is titled Day 19 STRETCH - 15 min Full Body Yoga Stretch | 30 Day x 15 minute Everyday Yoga Series.

It's the perfect Yoga practice to stretch your body to gain more flexibility and to feel great.

This Yoga class comes after a few physically demanding days where we concentrated on body strengthening.

Uliana designed this Yoga practice to be a quick full-body stretching routine.

If you're looking for a yoga video to increase your range of motion, relax and improve overall health by releasing tight muscles, then I recommend this video.

Day twenty:

Today's Yoga class is titled Day 20 REFRESH - 15 min Yoga Flow For Strength & Flexibility|30 Day x 15 minute Everyday Yoga Series.

It's a full-body yoga flow that will help you become more flexible while recharging your energy.

This Yoga session starts standing then gradually moves towards different variations of lunges and warrior poses.

It's a simple practice that can be done whenever you're low on energy and need an uncomplicated energy boost.

Day twenty-one:

Take a break, unwind, and revitalize yourself today with a soothing yin yoga session.

Today's practice is titled Day 21 COZY - 15 min Relaxing Yin Yoga With Bolster | | 30 Day x 15 minute Everyday Yoga Series.

This yoga session is also ideal for unwinding after a long day or before bed.

You can use a folded towel or a pillow to make this cozy yoga session even more comfortable and calming.

Don't worry if you don't have anything handy because you can still follow this Yoga class without any props and still be effective.

The most important thing is that you're taking time for yourself to unwind and find inner peace.

Don't forget to relax your face, neck and shoulders during this yoga exercise.

Let go of any tension you may be carrying in your upper body and breathe deeply.
