50 minute knee friendly workout at home

Today I wanted to tackle a longer workout that's easy to follow and targets the whole body. I usually don't do long exercises but I felt that my body and mind needed it.


I chose this amazing exercise video, which is titled 50 MIN CALORIE KILLER - Non-stop Cardio Workout | Knee Friendly Exercise.







This workout gave me the energy boost that I needed, improved my mood and cleared my mind from all of the chaotic thoughts.


Some of the moves in this video require coordination, which is a great way to stimulate your mind. You get to improve both of your mental and physical health with this routine.


I felt a bit uncoordinated in some of the moves, which is totally fine, I'm teaching my body to be more active and I'm enjoying the process.


You can pause the video and take a short break, you can also skip any move that you don't find comfortable and or do a simple boxer shuffle until you jump back again into the workout when you feel ready.

It's never too late to start an active lifestyle, it shouldn't be complicated or expensive, you can workout at home without any equipment, find what works for you and give yourself the space and energy to grow and heal.
