Active stretch flow for lower Body

Stretching is an important part of maintaining your overall health and wellness. And there are different types of stretching. Active stretches are stretches where you actively move your body into the stretch position. Regular stretches are stretches where you passively hold your body in a stretched position.

Today's video is an "Active Stretch Flow for Hips, Core, and Lower Body: Gentle Stretches for Stress Relief + Bloopers".

It's about 30 minutes long and it's a gentle flow of stretches that helped me relax and feel more flexible.

Here is why you should make active stretching a regular part of your routine:

-It can help improve your range of motion.

If you don't stretch regularly, your muscles can become tight and restricted, which will lead to limiting your range of motion. This can cause pain and stiffness, and make it difficult to do everyday activities like reaching, bending, and walking.

-It can help reduce your risk of injury.

If your muscles are stiff and your range of motion is limited, you're more likely to experience injuries when you do any type of physical activity. That's because your muscles and joints aren't able to move as they should, which puts extra stress on them.

-It can improve your circulation.

Stretching helps to pump blood and oxygen through your body, which can improve your circulation.

-It can help reduce stress and tension.

Stretching can help to relax your muscles and release tension in your body. This can lead to reduced stress levels and a feeling of overall relaxation.
