Hey everyone, welcome to my blog! Today I wanted to do a shorter workout that's suitable for beginners or for someone who's a bit low on energy or doesn't have enough time for longer workouts.
My body was feeling a little bit tense this morning but when I did the workout that I will post about below, I immediately felt better.
This workout is titled Full Body Fat Loss Standing Cardio Workout (No Jumping).
It's about 10 minutes long, the movements are low impact, so don't worry about your downstairs neighbors.
It's okay to do shorter exercises, they can also have many benefits for you. It's definitely better to do them instead of staying inactive.
This type of workout can be done during breaks at work, at your hotel room when you're traveling, or after you wake up to get an energy boost.
Also you can repeat this workout more than once, it's also a great way to increase your creativity by motivating your mind and body.
