Easy full body seated stretch

Yesterday I drove a lot, and that made my muscles feel tightened and a bit stiff. I didn't want to do any workout except for a short seated yoga session.


That's why I chose this amazing yoga video, which is titled 10 min SEATED YOGA STRETCH | Easy Full Body Stretch | Yoga without mat.




Uliana designed this quick yoga class so all of the poses are seated.


You can complete this session without a yoga mat, all you need is a clean spot where you can sit comfortably for 10 minutes.


To make seated positions more comfortable, try putting a folded blanket or towel under your sit bones.


Uliana recommends that people with restricted knee mobility, injured knees, or other knee issues shouldn't attempt some of the poses in this practice (cross-legged sit, butterfly, 90/90 stretch).


Listen to your body and avoid any uncomfortable poses. Make sure to keep your spine straight and your core engaged. Breathe deeply.
