How to recover from being hated?

It's not easy to deal with hate. Whether online or face to face, receiving hate can be a hurtful experience. If you're the target of hate, you might feel anger, fear, or sadness. You might also feel helpless, alone, or rejected.

If you're struggling with hate, remember some things you can do to start healing:

- Talk to someone you trust.

Talking to someone you trust can help you process your feelings and start to heal. If you don't have anyone you feel comfortable talking to, there are hotlines and online resources available to help. There are also online groups to help people who are dealing with hate. These groups can provide support and understanding.

- Take care of yourself.

It's important to take care of yourself physically and emotionally when you're dealing with hate. Eat healthy foods, exercise, get enough sleep, and find ways to relax. Don't slip into a cycle of self-neglect.

- Acknowledge your feelings.

It's okay to feel angry, hurt, or upset after experiencing hate. Allow yourself to feel whatever you're feeling, and don't try to push your emotions away. it's unhealthy to ignore how you feel, give yourself enough time to process it.

- Don't give in to hate.

It can be tempting to respond to hate with more hate, but this will only make things worse. Instead, focus on healing and moving forward.

- Use it as motivation.

Let the hate fuel you to prove them wrong and show them that they're wrong about you or the group that you're a part of. Be productive, give more love and be kind.

-Don't take it personally.

This can be the most difficult step, but it's important to remember that the hate is not about you as an individual, it's more about the hater being a weak person with no love in their heart.

-Don't let it change you.

Some people hate you just for being yourself, stay the same and keep being you, don't change who you're.

-Protect yourself.

Withdraw from the situation/group/place if you feel unsafe or threatened. Make your safety a priority. Cut the haters access to you. Step away and don't give them the chance to hurt you again.

In conclusion: Focus on yourself, call back your power and let the haters be a distant memory.
