No squats or jumping required for this full body workout for beginners

I didn't work out for a few days and I needed a workout video that will help me to return to my regular exercise sessions. I wanted a full-body workout that was over 30 minutes long and low impact to encourage me to work out again. My favorite YouTube instructor to work out with is Mizi, she is a wonderful trainer and I love her videos.


I chose this exercise video that is titled 40 MIN🔥FULL BODY FAT BURNING🔥WORKOUT - No Jumping Cardio Workout - Beginner Friendly.




It is free from any jumps, squats and lunges, which makes it perfect if you're a beginner or returning to your regular exercise routine. 


Mizi said this video is also suitable for people with weak knees, because all the movements are low impact.


You won't need any equipment to do this exercise, you can do it at home or your hotel room.


Personally, I think it's better to workout in the morning after I wake up, it gives me the energy boost that I need to start the day, but you do what's best for you.


This workout routine is very effective, it helped me to regain confidence in myself. When I stay inactive, my body develops aches, and exercising helps me to reduce this pain.


We all have different fitness levels, but you do what you can to keep your body moving, it's healthier that way. Don't compare yourself to others, the only one you're in "competition" with is you, motivate yourself to start an active lifestyle. 


Be patient but consistent, be kind to yourself and to your body but do what helps you gain more flexibility and fitness.


You're the best person who understands how your body works, personally, I witness that at home exercises help me mentally and physically.
