Standing ABS workout that is fun and beginner friendly

if you don't like crunches and regular ABS exercises then this post is for you. I really hate doing sit-ups and I get bored easily with regular core strengthening exercises, that's why I prefer standing ABS workouts.


Standing ABS workouts are fun and effective, they help in improving my fitness levels and to gain more strength in my core.


They also have other benefits than losing belly fat, such as better posture and more balance.
