I was experiencing very low energy this morning and I found it extremely difficult to get out of bed. I don't like it when this happens, but I don't judge myself, I know my body and my mind can face situations like that.
But I knew I needed to do something to snap out of this, because I try avoiding being inactive as it can lead to aches in the hips, low back, and shoulders.
I depend on yoga to solve these problems. In just a few minutes, I can do a short standing yoga sequence that will make me feel good.
Today's yoga session is titled 7 min Standing Yoga Stretch | Work Break Yoga | Yoga without mat.
It's very short but super effective, you can do it anytime during the day, even during work as a quick break.
You can practice this yoga class without a mat whenever and wherever you like, just be sure to stand on a stable surface to be safe and balanced.
This yoga class helped me to regain energy and boosted my mood.
