Standing yoga stretch for the morning

if you're passionate about yoga but some days you prefer shorter yoga sessions, then this post is for you. Shorter yoga sessions can be helpful on low-energy days or super busy days.

When I do shorter yoga sessions, I try to repeat them more than once during the day, to get the most benefits from them. But it's totally fine if you do the session only one time (it's better than nothing).

Doing shorter yoga sessions also allows me to incorporate yoga into my daily routine without feeling overwhelmed or burnt out by super long yog classes.

I welcomed today with this brief yoga class that's titled "5 MIN STANDING MORNING YOGA STRETCH | Yoga without mat | Yoga with Uliana".

Uliana says "This is a quick 5-minute standing yoga stretch - perfect for mornings when you don't want to roll out your mat or anytime during the day to energize your whole body."

This yoga practice gave me an energy boost and made me feel good about myself.

It's important to maintain a consistent yoga practice, even if you don't have a lot of time or energy.

Shorter yoga classes can be just as effective as longer ones, and they're a much better option than skipping yoga completely for a few days in a row.

Don't let a busy schedule or low energy get in the way of your health and well-being.

The poses include: backbends, forward fold, triangle and yogi squat.
