ACTIVATE: Exercise I could not do in my yoga challenge

To improve flexibility in the body and mind I'm doing a yoga challenge for an entire month and Today's challenge is based around the one-word intention: ACTIVATE! Kassandra says "scream as loud as you can and let emotion out!".


The point of this exercise is to notice any resistance and embrace it. It's beyond difficult for me but I know it can be incredibly beneficial for our emotions. I live in a busy city, there are a lot of people here and my neighbors will freak out.


This is the first challenge that I won't be able to do. But I understand its importance, when we scream, we release pent-up emotions and energy that we may have been holding onto. 


This can be a great experience and can help us feel more relaxed and calm afterwards because screaming can help us vent our emotions more effectively. 


While screaming out loud may not be the easiest thing to do, it can be incredibly helpful for our emotional well-being by releasing our emotions.


I might give it another try, but today isn't that day.
