Bedtime yoga for a better sleep

 I had trouble sleeping for a few nights, I had a lot on my mind and that affected my sleep pattern and quality. Not getting enough sleep can harm how I feel physically and mentally so I needed a solution for this problem.


That's why I resorted to yoga because it can help reduce stress and anxiety, which were the main culprits that kept me up at night.


Also it can help improve circulation and reduce muscle tension, which can make it easier to have a better night's sleep.


I chose this yoga class before I went to bed yesterday and it's titled 15 min Evening Yoga Stretch | Bedtime Yoga To Relax & Unwind | Yoga with Uliana.







It worked perfectly and helped me sleep very well for the first time in a few days.


Sleeping is very important for regulating my nervous system, I woke up this morning feeling amazing.


This yoga session helped me to focus on breathing and to let go of the worries and concerns that were keeping up at night. 


It's a very effective yoga practice to make it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night.


All the poses are seated and reclined poses
