simple ways to ACKNOWLEDGE people in your life


Hello and welcome to my blog! I'm doing a yoga challenge with "Yoga with Kassandra" to enhance flexibility in the body and mind.  Today's challenge is based around the one-word intention: ACKNOWLEDGE.


Kassandra explains the exercise "Let's spread the love by sending 5 gratitude messages to 5 people in our lives! This is about connection and acknowledging the good around you. Send little gratitude notes to a few people who could use a boost and notice how it makes you feel. You can do this in person, by mailing physical letters or just sending a text or message through social media."


This is a lovely challenge and I always do my best to show appreciation for the people in my life. I sent messages to people to let them know their importance to me.


One of them is my previous boss (I worked with her before being freelance) she believed in me and taught me a lot.


She was always patient with me and I consider her a role model.


I also sent messages to my friends in school and college.


It is important to acknowledge the people in your life as they play a significant role in shaping who you are today. 


Acknowledging others also fosters a sense of gratitude and appreciation, which can enhance your own personal growth and happiness. 


Additionally, showing appreciation can inspire others to do the same, creating a positive cycle of acknowledgment and gratitude.
