the simple ways to GIVE

I'm committed to a yoga challenge that works on improving flexibility in the body and mind. Today's challenge is based around the one-word intention: GIVE


The yoga teacher explains "Let's focus on giving and being of service to someone! This can be super simple like giving of your time, attention, money or knowledge. Whether you choose to volunteer or donate even just $1 to a charity, pay attention to how you can be of service to people in your life today."


I have a friend who helps stray and feral cats and dogs in her neighborhood.


So I reached out to my friend and sent her a donation to help with the cats and dogs, either food or treatments. You can donate or volunteer with any charity or group that you want to help. You can also help a friend or a neighbor. 


It's always good to give in any way that we can.
