To cultivate greater flexibility in my body and mind, I've taken up a yoga challenge. Today's challenge is called "CURIOSITY".
The yoga teacher says "Let's put on our chef's hat and make a recipe that's way out of our comfort zone! I want you to ideally cook and prepare something that you usually would shy away from."
We can also order some food to try for the first time.
I tried cooking "white sauce pasta with shrimp"
My best friend taught me this recipe and it was super easy and very delicious.
The recipe (I will do my best to explain it):
Boil the pasta then drain it.
Put oil and butter in a Wok, on medium heat, and leave them until the butter melts.
Add shrimp and garlic to the melted butter, and stir until the shrimp changes color.
Add flour then gradually add milk and stir until the flour is completely dissolved.
Add cooking cream, spices, and chopped onions and stir constantly until the mixture boils and thickens.
Add the pasta and stir, then put it in the serving dishes and serve it hot.
(I’m learning how to cook and this is so exciting for me)
Please share this post and feel free to email me, you'll find a contact widget on the blog to get in touch with me, I would love to hear from you.
