How did I use meditation to ATTUNE?

I'm not new to meditation but I don't do them regularly. I did two guided meditations for this challenge. As part of my effort to boost flexibility in both my body and mind, I'm currently engaging in a yoga challenge. Today's challenge is called "ATTUNE".

The yoga teacher explains this exercise "Let's meditate! Ideally I'd like you to take 20 minutes to do a meditation. You can either do this as a silent meditation or a guided meditation. If you're new to meditation you may also choose to break it up into two 10 minute guided meditations to make it a bit easier. Carve out time in your day for silence and stillness and notice how it makes you feel."

The first meditation is titled "15-Minute Guided Meditation to Reset Your Nervous System".

It's described as "15-minute guided meditation to reset your nervous system through some simple techniques that tone the vagus nerve."

I did this session lying down and it included putting my hands on different parts of my body and breathing easily.

This meditation made me feel super calm and I almost fell asleep by the end of it.

The second meditation is titled "5 Minute Mindfulness Meditation".

It was also very helpful in making me feel relaxed and accepting things the way they are.
