I struggled with low self-confidence my entire life, and it cost me a lot. This is how low self confidence can affect us:
When we lack self-confidence, we may doubt our abilities and feel like we are not good enough. This can lead to feeling anxious and down. We may even avoid different situations and chances to grow.
Self-confidence is believing in yourself and your abilities. It is not arrogance or cockiness. It gives you the assurance that you can handle whatever comes your way.
Self-confidence is a skill that you can develop and grow over time. The more you practice self-confidence, the better you will become at it.
One way self-confidence can affect us daily is by influencing our decision-making. When we have confidence in ourselves, we are more likely to make decisions that are in line with our goals and values. With low self-confidence, we might second-guess ourselves or let others influence our decisions.
When we are confident in ourselves we do not tolerate unhealthy connections and toxic friendships.
Our level of happiness can be impacted by our self-confidence. We have a greater chance of living happy, fulfilling lives when we have faith in our own abilities.
Focus on your strengths, accept your weaknesses, and surround yourself with positive people if you want to increase your self-confidence.
That's what I'm trying to do :)
