Reflecting on My Month Long Yoga Challenge: Integrating Mindful Practices On and Off the Mat

I'm currently engaged in a yoga challenge with the purpose of increasing flexibility in both my body and mind. Today's challenge is based on the one-word intention: INTEGRATE. The yoga teacher says "It's time to integrate it to process it and let it go."

Kassandra explains that she wants us to write down your experience with this challenge.

I already posted daily about this challenge but I'm going to share here what I feel about this experience after its completion.

It's not my first yoga challenge but it's the first one that required tasks off the mat.

Yoga has principles that we should integrate into our daily lives but the "mind" part of this journey was very interesting. It helped me with my self-growth and I discovered a lot of things about myself, what I need to work on, and how I'm healing from past trauma.

I enjoyed that the yoga sessions aren't very long and that made it easier for me to stick with this daily routine.

Additionally having a class that I need to show up for and then a mindful challenge that I should do, helped me in my wellness journey.

There are poses that I struggled with and there are tasks that weren't easy, that's the beauty of this yoga challenge.

Feel free to email me your opinions, you'll find a contact widget on the blog to get in touch with me, I would love to hear from you.
