Taking steps towards CONNECTION


My current focus is on a yoga challenge that aims to enhance flexibility in both my body and mind. Today's intention is about "CONNECT", and Kassandra encouraged us to step out of our comfort zone by introducing ourselves to someone new and starting a conversation with a stranger.


For many of us, this can be a daunting task. We don't need to have a lengthy conversation or become best friends with this person. 


In my case, I decided to take this challenge online. I'm part of chat groups with my neighbors, but I rarely interact there. Today, I decided to change that. I saw a message about finding a home for some stray kittens, and I jumped in to offer my support and ideas.


The responses were positive. We had an engaging conversation about how to best care for the kittens and find them a loving home. It felt good to connect with my neighbors in this way, and I'm hopeful that our efforts will lead to a happy ending for the kittens.
