Going out of your comfort zone and how it can help you

Doing something outside of your comfort zone can vary from one person to another, whether it was speaking in front of a large group of people, traveling solo, or trying a new food, we all have gone through this experience on different levels and it can be scary but very useful.

I went out of my comfort zone recently and I don't regret it because it actually made me more confident in myself and my abilities

I'm proud of what I did even when the outcome wasn't exactly what I hoped for but now I'm more prepared for pursuing more of my dreams and my goals while not overstressing the results.

This can be liberating, if you set yourself free from expectations, you can be very powerful in achieving your goals.

If you're feeling hesitant about something, remember that it's worth the try to go for it.

Here are a few benefits of going out of your comfort zone:

-You'll learn more about yourself. What scares you? what motivates you? what do you want in life?

When you're outside of your comfort zone, you're forced to face your fears and insecurities. You'll learn more about what you're capable of.

-You'll become more resilient.

Each time you push yourself outside of your comfort zone, you'll build up your strength and confidence.

-You'll open yourself up to new experiences.

If you're stuck in your comfort zone, you're likely not experiencing all that life has to offer. Stepping outside of your comfort zone will allow you to try new things and have new experiences. You may find that you enjoy things that you never would have thought to try before.

-You'll meet new people.

If you're trying new things, let's say for example yoga class or cooking course, you'll be around people who are interested in those same things. This can lead to some great connections and friendships.

-You'll learn to trust yourself.

When you're constantly doubting yourself, it can be hard to trust your instincts. But when you start pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone, you'll learn that you can handle more than you thought.

Going out of your comfort zone is an opportunity to learn more about yourself, become more resilient, and have some new experiences.
