I was recently on a solo trip to Europe. I'm so grateful for the many things I learned from this journey and in this post, I'm going to share them with you.
Solo traveling allowed me to explore, by navigating unfamiliar roads, experiencing different cultures, and learning about the history of the countries I have been to.
I was also lucky to be able to connect with people either residents who gave me guidance or travelers who sat next to me on the plane or asked me to take a picture of them in the Louvre.
Solo traveling also helped me learn how to trust myself, that I can find the gate to my plan or get on the right bus to visit an attraction that I want to see.
It taught me to be independent and manage my own time and energy. That's a valuable life lesson that will help me in all aspects of my life.
