Self talk and how it affects us


Self-talk is the internal dialogue that we have with ourselves. It can be positive or negative, and it can have a big impact on our lives.


If our self-talk is negative, it can bring us down and make us feel bad about ourselves. 


But it can boost our mood and help us to achieve our goals if our self-talk is positive.


There are a few things that you can do to change your self-talk from negative to positive:


-Try to notice when you're being negative. Once you're aware of it, you can start to change the way you're thinking.


-Make a conscious effort to focus on the positive. This will help to counterbalance the negative thoughts.


-Surround yourself with supportive people. If you're constantly being bombarded with negativity, it's going to be hard to stay positive. But if you surround yourself with supportive people, it will be easier to keep your own spirits up.


-Don't be too hard on yourself. We all make mistakes and have bad days. Just remember that it's okay to mess up sometimes.


If you can start to change your self-talk, you'll be surprised at how much it can improve your life. Just by making a few simple changes, you can start to feel better about yourself and achieve your goals.
