Gentle Yoga Practice For All Levels

I'm looking for gentle yoga sessions these days, that's why simple yoga stretches are my choice currently. A gentle yoga routine can help to lengthen and release tight muscles and calm the mind. There are plenty of benefits to yoga, including improved circulation, increased range of motion, and reduced risk of injury. 


Yoga stretches can also help to improve balance and posture.


That's why I chose this amazing yoga class, that's titled 15 min Full Body Yoga Stretch | Gentle Practice For All Levels.





Uliana says about this yoga session "we will remain close to the ground and focus on seated and kneeling postures. You can do this class without a yoga mat, but if your knees are sensitive, cushion them with a blanket for more comfort in lunge, half split and other kneeling positions."


This yoga class is soothing, it really helped me reduce any tension in my body. 


You can do this yoga session any time, but I prefer the morning, to gain more energy and feel refreshed.
