Getting Back on Track with Exercise: Squat Challenge

I took almost three weeks break from exercising due to travel and preparations.  I was active during my travels, I walked a lot, but I didn’t stick to my regular workout routine. Now that I’m home, I’m slowly returning to my exercise routine and I’ve been using two workout videos that I do daily, once in the morning and once in the evening.

I will link the videos below they're a squat challenge and I’ve noticed significant improvements in my body in just a few days since I started it.

Squats have numerous benefits, including improving mobility and strength.

They're fun workouts, not boring as basic squat routines, and you can modify them to be suitable for you with half squats.

Be mindful of your form while doing these workouts and focus on your breathing.

it’s important to stretch your lower body after doing these workouts, which can include low lunges.

When I first started the squat workout, I was quite sore, but now I feel stronger and more flexible.

if you have any injuries, you need to talk with your doctor before doing any type of exercise.

Starting slow and working your way up over time is also key to avoiding injury and seeing progress.

getting back into exercising after a break can be challenging, but it’s important to be patient with yourself.

By incorporating daily workouts and challenges into your routine, you’ll be on your way to feeling stronger and healthier.
