Neck pain? try this stretch

My work demands from me a long time on the computer daily, and that causes me neck and shoulder pain. The good news is that yoga can help release the tension that's causing your pain.

It's a quick seated stretch that Uliana designed to relieve tension in the shoulders, upper back, and neck. 


Make sure to sit comfortably on the floor or in a chair to protect your lower back and hips while stretching the upper body.


Enjoy the stretches and don't push yourself to the point that you feel pain or discomfort.  


To avoid neck pain, follow these tips:


-Maintain good posture while sitting or standing. 


-Use a chair with proper back support and keep your computer monitor at eye level. 


-Take regular breaks to stretch and move your neck and shoulders.


-Avoid cradling your phone between your ear and shoulder. 


-Consider using a supportive pillow and sleeping in a position that keeps your neck aligned with your spine.
