Standing HIIT workout for busy people

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is considered a great way to exercise when time is limited because it can be as short as 10 minutes, making it a great option for busy people.

That's why I chose today's HIIT workout which is titled MOOD BOOSTING HIIT WORKOUT (10 MIN) - All Standing Exercises.

MonikaFit describes this workout class as "a quick workout for them days when you just need to a little boost".

The benefits of HIIT are many, including improved cardiovascular fitness and increased metabolism.

If you’re new to HIIT, it’s important to start with caution and build up your workouts gradually.

Don’t go all-out from the start, or you’ll risk burning out or getting injured.

Start with shorter workouts like this one and work your way up to longer workouts.

Take a day or two off before your next HIIT workout if you're feeling worn out or sore. Always pay attention to your body.
