Stretching exercise for rest days and flexibility

Many people believe that the only way to make progress with their fitness routine is to do long and intense workouts every day but I believe this could cause stress to the body and might lead to burnout.

One of the best things you can do for your body is to be patient and kind with it, and also to take a rest day once a week.

This doesn't mean that you should spend the entire day on the couch, but rather that you should do less stressful exercise to recover and help with sore muscles.

That's why I recommend this class that's titled "15MIN FULL BODY STRETCHING - Prefect for rest days, sore muscles & flexibility"

Stretching and recovery in rest days are crucial for several reasons including:

-When you have tense, sore muscles. Injury may result from this. These injuries can be avoided by using a rest day dedicated to stretching.

-Your body never really has a chance to recover completely when you're working out at full intensity all the time. This may result in exhaustion and a decline in performance.

-Stretching and recovery in rest days can help improve your flexibility and mobility.

If you want to increase your overall fitness, make sure to take a rest day every week and concentrate on recovery and stretching. Your body will thank you for it!
