This stretch will help you sleep better

Stretching can help you sleep better at night. When you stretch before going to bed, you release any tension that may be building up in your body and mind during the day.

Having a quick stretch before sleeping can help you relax and drift off to sleep easily.

Stretching also increases blood flow and circulation, which can help you feel more comfortable and reduce any pain or discomfort that may be keeping you awake.

If you have trouble sleeping, try adding some stretching to your nightly routine. You may be surprised at how much it helps.

That's why I suggest you do this stretching video that's titled "Do This Every Night Before You Sleep!"

It's super gentle and helped me fall asleep faster than usual.

Stretching releases hormones that can help improve your sleep:

When you stretch, your body releases endorphins, which are natural painkillers and mood boosters. These endorphins can promote relaxation and reduce stress, making it easier for you to fall asleep.

Also, stretching stimulates the release of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that helps regulate your body's internal clock, promoting a healthy sleep-wake cycle.
