Take some time to meditate or practice yoga, If you don't like this stuff, you can dance, take a walk, or have a long bath! Do whatever you like to feel more balanced so you will be better prepared to face the challenges of Mercury Retrograde.

It’s best to avoid making any big decisions during Mercury Retrograde. This is a time of reflection, so it’s best to stay focused on the present and leave any significant decisions for a later date.


4. Don’t fear it
