A Super Blue Moon is an event that occurs when two full moons happen in the same calendar month, which doesn't happen often. The first full moon was on the first of August and we're having the second full month on the 30th.
The phrase "once in a blue moon" is often used to refer to something that occurs infrequently since blue moons are relatively rare events.
This event has a profound spiritual impact on those who are in tune with the energy of the moon and its cycles.
The spiritual significance of a Super Blue Moon lies in its unique opportunity to tap into the powerful energy of the moon. When a Blue Moon happens, it can be used to set intentions and manifest our desires.
It's an opportunity to focus our energy on creating positive change in our lives. It's also important to take advantage of the Blue Moon’s energy to practice self-care. Taking time to relax and practice meditation or yoga can help us to reset and recharge our spiritual energy.
Personally, I will take a nighttime walk to enjoy the energy of the full moon and I will also take a detox bath.
