Slow Exercise for Period Pain Relief: Gentle and Effective

When you’re on your period, it can be hard to find the motivation to exercise or even get off the couch but exercise can actually be beneficial during this time, it can help alleviate cramps, reduce bloating, and improve your mood.

it’s vital to find slow workouts that are safe during your period. The best exercise for periods and PMS is one that is low-impact and gentle on your body.

This means avoiding any high-intensity activities. Instead, opt for activities that involve gentle stretching.

That's why I like this exercise routine, it's titled "10 MIN SLOW WORKOUT FOR PERIOD / PMS - Ease Period Pain and Bloating".

It's super slow and very effective, it helped me a lot with reducing period pain and I did it before going to bed yesterday and after waking up this morning.

This exercise is only 10 minutes long, you can do it in your room, it has gentle moves and very low- impact.

It’s important to listen to your body and take breaks when necessary.

Exercising isn't an alternative to any medications prescribed to regulate your period, it's just a great way to improve your mood and increase your circulation, Remember to keep yourself warm, stay hydrated, and be kind to yourself.

There are other several methods to manage period pain:

-Heat therapy, such as applying a heating pad or taking a warm bath.

-Over-the-counter pain relievers can help alleviate discomfort.

-Engaging in regular and light exercise can also reduce period pain.

-Maintain a healthy diet and stay hydrated during this time.

-Relaxation techniques, like deep breathing, can help manage period pain.
