Humanity at a Crossroads: The Test of Our Time

Humanity is going through a turning point, it's a big test that will either make or break us, I thought a lot before making this post and I know I don't have a huge platform, but in this modern time we all have the privilege to speak up and use our voice and I'm not going to let this be taken away from me.

This post isn't about choosing sides, it's about how to deal with this time of crisis and how to listen to your own humanity. If you want an angry post that is rooting for wars, this isn't it. War is never the solution, look at the past 1000 years, when did war actually solve anything?

The past few days were extremely challenging, history is repeating itself and what's deep inside our hearts was revealed to us. Fear took charge, anger, and frustration are the main emotions on this planet at this moment, and the question that keeps repeating itself "Will we repeat the mistakes of the previous generations?".

When we study about horrible times that humanity went through, we usually ask ourselves "How did we let this happen?" and we're witnessing the answer to this question NOW. And if you think your voice doesn't matter or there's nothing you can do is wrong. We're all connected to everyone and everything in this world, our thoughts, our values, our feelings, and our morals play a huge part in the collective consciousness.

We're all beautifully unique but we're all similar, time is teaching us to dive into our souls and deprogram anything that is meant to divide us as humans, toss out hate, and toss away ignorance.

We're lucky to have sources that can raise our awareness, I saw so many posts from people talking about how they did their own research and how this opened their minds.

If you want to look away and ignore what's happening, do it without pressuring other people to silent themselves. Start with your own self and from this point everything changes, we all have a role, and our roles are never pointless.

You facing the enemy within yourself means you're doing what you are supposed to do, and yes we all have this enemy, the voice that tells us "It's away from me" or "Why should I care" or "They deserve it".

What can we do in times of tragedy:

-Educate ourselves and allow ourselves to learn, face our ego that says we know enough because no one does.

-Raise awareness, whether you have 10 followers or a million, your voice matters, use it wisely.

-Deprogram fear from your mind, either fear from other cultures or fear from being heard. Fear is your ego trying to control you.

-Critical thinking, step back and look at the big picture, ask yourself, what's the point of all of this? Who truly wins? And remember in wars we all lose.

-Donate if it's possible for you to a legitimate organization that truly helps people.

-Let go of supremacy, no human matters more than another! Don't dehumanize people.

-Don't lose hope, losing hope is one of the lowest frequencies that can affect us.

Falling back into negative patterns:

We all have unhealthy coping mechanisms and negative patterns, personally, my eating habits and my sleep patterns are the most affected. So if you notice that you're slipping back into something that's unhealthy for you, don't be too hard on yourself and gently take your time to snap out of it.

How dark times can transform us?

Sad and dark times play a huge part in our growth and our identity, I see how people let these times push them into hate and anger, be strong and fight it! don't let hate win. You have the power to save humanity, don't underestimate what you can do.

Mass awareness and collective consciousness:

More people are awakening and using critical thinking: why is this happening? Who benefits from this? Who is controlling this? And this gives me hope, because we're all at some point in our lives following the mass way of thinking, and it's ending now.

Don't try to change people:

You can raise awareness but don't go into online or in real-life arguments to change someone's way of thinking, let them gain clarity at their own pace. With that being said, you can unfollow, mute, or even block accounts that majorly bring hate to your social media feed.

The most important thing is don't dehumanize people, don't look away from injustice, use the power of your heart, and don't be controlled by hate. Hate is humanity's worst enemy. Don't let it win.
