I'm having a tough week, my dog passed away a few days ago and I'm having a difficult time adjusting to his loss. My body is hurting due to my sadness, my emotions affect my physical state and I needed to do something to help with the pain.
I resorted to a gentle yoga class titled "Quick Restorative Yin | Gentle Yoga Practice".
This restorative yoga session helped me a lot, I couldn't do any demanding classes, but I will repeat this practice as much as I can until I feel at my best again.
