Amazing Mobility Routine To Kickstart The New Year


I'm starting the new year with a refreshing mobility routine titled "30 Min FLEXIBILITY + STRETCHING + MOBILITY ROUTINE | Full Body | Beginner Friendly" by Eleni Fit on YouTube.






As someone who spends long hours in front of a computer screen, I often find myself experiencing tight muscles. However, this routine made me feel amazing!


The instructor, Eleni, made this session feel like a personalized one-on-one class. Her calm demeanor made this mobility routine even better.


What attracted me the most about this routine is its perfect blend of being gentle yet effective. It doesn't push your body to its limits but rather encourages a gradual improvement in flexibility and mobility. 


From gentle stretches to flowing movements, each exercise targets different muscle groups, ensuring a full-body exercise that leaves you feeling rejuvenated.


As I practiced this routine, I found myself becoming more aware of my body and its capabilities then I noticed improved posture and increased range of motion. 


I try to regularly exercise at home and I understand the importance of finding enjoyable routines. With this in mind, I will be repeating Eleni Fit's mobility routine as much as I can throughout the year. 


Not only does this mobility class provide great physical benefits, but it also serves as a mental and emotional refresher, creating a positive and uplifting start to the day and hopefully the entire year.
