Celebrating the End of My Yoga Challenge: Week 4 Recap

It's the fourth and final week of my yoga challenge, it has been a lovely journey and I'm thankful for everyone who followed and read my posts about it, this was one of the most enjoyable yoga sessions I have ever done.

12 Min Yoga Full Body Stretch & Flow (DAY 23)

This yoga class has every pose needed to jumpstart your body after a night's sleep without doing anything intense.

15 Min Morning Yoga Full Body Stretch (DAY 24)

My favorite part about this yoga session was the "wave" it's something that I will repeat to improve my mind and body connection.

10 Minute Morning Yoga Stretch (DAY 25)

What I enjoyed the most about this class was the yogi squat, I used to hate it but now I'm getting better at it especially when I knew its benefits as it strengthens the core, thighs, and calves, while improving balance and stability.

13 Min Morning Yoga for Stress and Tension (DAY 26)

Some of the poses of this yoga practice need a yoga block but since I don't have them, I used a folded blanket and you can use whatever suits you including a pillow or a cushion.

10 Min FEEL GOOD Morning Yoga Stretch (DAY 27)

I find this yoga session very useful for reducing back pain, so if you spend a lot of time seated, then this session will be amazing for you.

6 Min Morning Yoga for Tension Relief (DAY 28)

This yoga class is for releasing tension but I found it very useful things and hip mobility and it could also be used as a cooldown stretch after a workout.

8 Min Morning Stretch - FEEL GOOD (DAY 29)

this will be my go-to yoga class when I'm in a hurry and need a short and gentle yoga session.

5 Min Morning Yoga Stretch (DAY 30)

The perfect end for this wonderful yoga journey, this yoga session is very helpful for increasing spinal strength and flexibility.

I loved this yoga journey and I'm not saying goodbye to these classes as I will be repeating many of them either in the morning or as cooldown, warmup or break from work. Be gentle with yourself and skip any pose you're not comfortable with. Our level of fitness varies from day to day depending on many factors.
