Mobility-Focused Yoga Routine For Hips and Lower Back

Increasing mobility is something that could improve our quality of life which is why I will be repeating the 10-minute yoga session focused on relieving tight hips and lower back pain as much as I can it is titled "10 minutes Yoga for Tight HIPS & lower Back | Mobility and Pain Relief".






This yoga class is a beginner-friendly routine that focuses on improved mobility and provides much-needed relief from any discomfort we may have been experiencing in our bodies.


One of my favorite parts of this session was the tabletop flow, where we moved through cat and cow poses while engaging our core muscles. 


Another highlight for me was the one-legged cobra pose, which targeted the lower back area and helped to release any tension I was holding onto. 


I also loved the variations of puppy and pigeon poses stretching my hips gently yet effectively, allowing me to release any built-up tension and create more flexibility.
