Farewell Insomnia With This Bedtime Yoga Session

I enjoyed doing this yoga practice so much and I specifically loved the variation of the Sphinx pose and the half butterfly pose.  


The Sphinx pose helps strengthen the spine, alleviate stress, and stimulate abdominal organs.


The half butterfly pose helps stretch the inner thighs to improve hip mobility and reduce tension in the lower back. 


Bedtime yoga can help relax muscles, reduce stress, and promote better sleep quality. It can also calm the nervous system, preparing the body for a restful night's sleep. 


By incorporating this practice into your nightly routine, you may experience more relaxation, less insomnia, and an overall sense of well-being.
