What Happened To The Heart? is a Masterpiece By Aurora

I was packing my bags to leave London when I first heard Aurora's new album, "What Happened To The Heart?". I was immediately struck by the beauty of her voice and the emotions in her lyrics. I couldn't stop listening to it, and I've been hooked ever since.

Aurora is a Norwegian singer-songwriter, her music is often described as ethereal and haunting, "What Happened To The Heart?" is her newly released album, with 16 songs, each and every one of them is a masterpiece.

The album is a deep exploration of life. Aurora's lyrics are raw, and she doesn't shy away from complex emotions, especially how she sees herself, the world around her, and her connections with people.

My favorite lyrics from  Aurora's What Happened To The Heart?:

Your Blood

And maybe if you called out for help

Then I could help you outrun yourself

Some Type Of Skin

Should my heart reveal itself to be

More than a muscle

Or a fist covered in blood?

A Soul With No King

Call out my name when you need me again

Nothing will ever change, no guilt, no shame

Starvation

I got used to the torture, but no one deserves to be alone

Invisible Wounds

How do we learn to tend to

These invisible wounds our homes gave us?
